Before you write

Two things worth knowing.

  1. We are a specialist healthcare RCM partner, not a generalist BPO. If you are looking for a vendor who will quote on anything outside healthcare RCM, that is not what we do. We will say so on the first call rather than spend a procurement cycle pretending otherwise.
  2. The production model is on-floor. The default is in-house at our Bangalore facility; managed on-site teams at the client's facility for engagements that require it. We do not run remote / WFH production teams — HIPAA controls, supervised production, and same-shift calibration only work on a controlled floor.
  3. Engagements run on a BAA. Every client engagement is contracted with a Business Associate Agreement executed alongside the Master Service Agreement. The BAA is available for your legal team's review on first call.
